I ordered two different cans of the berserker pouches. It was set to come October 1st and they never came I didn’t get any updates and none of my tracking has changed at all. Still says October 1st I emailed the company and got the same response on two different questions and I have not gotten any emails telling me my stuff will be late.

I had ordered it to the wrong address and had reached out to the support group about getting it changed and they never answered so I had to drive to my old address and pick it up and I had also ordered the new nic safe in wintergreen and just got plain wintergreen. I do like the ironside I got though just wish they would have sent me the right thing and helped with my address

I placed an order on the 8th of May. However, despite it saying it had shipped I noticed the usps tracking was missing. I contacted Outlaw by email and received a response in a timely manner explaining that there was an issue with the product that I had ordered and that they were correcting the problem. After a few days I then received and update on my tracking saying the product was now on it's way. I commend them for reaching out and explaining the problem and making sure the product I ordered was up to par!

This company is FOR THE PEOPLE!!! Amazing customer support and the products they sell are phenomenal quality. If you're looking for nicotine infused products make sure you reach out to them directly. I personally made the wrong assumption and they fixed the problem immediately. This dip is off the chain and so are people running the company! I dipped from 12 years old to 31 years old. Had my first and so far only bout with leukoplakia when I was in 7th grade. Thankfully by the grace of God it didn't turn into anything more and nothing serious since then. FINALLY smartened up a few months ago and realized WOW I'm willingly putting cancer in my mouth... decided to just put the dip down and pick up the Smoky Mountain and Baccoff to keep from getting the real stuff.. I couldn't stand the taste of corn!!!!! I love corn don't get me wrong, but not for dippin'! Especially when you try the gosh dang peach! so one night I said you know what... I'mma go get some Cope snuff fine cut! Then I remembered!!! I used to watch Jared Outlaw on YouTube religiously lol and I remembered seeing that he made his own dip but was always so disappointed that it was nicotine free and tobacco free.. but now that's obviously exactly what I wanted! So I ordered almost all the flavors. Stuck with corn dip until my package arrived ? I kid you not when I say I smelled the gosh dang blueberry ? before I touched the package let alone opened it! That's when I knew.... yup I made the right choice! Took out all the cans and picked the watermelon ? for my first dip! It had a slight tea flavor, way better than corn lol ? and my 2 biggest takeaways from this brand... All the flavors taste exactly like what you'd want them to! And that they burn the gosh dang heck outta your lip! The salt or whatever is just perfection! I have the worst aka best gator lip I've had in a few years! There are ways around getting that if you don't like it, but I absolutely love it so I don't know how to get around it LOL
I now, after only 2 orders, have it set to buy and send every 2 weeks automatically!
Can't wait to see what all flavors you come up with in the future!

Placed an order payed for 4 day shipping it's been 6 days and the tracking info shows it hasn't even left NY yet honestly I'm upset why charge extra for 4 day shipping if it seems it was shipped with standard shipping honestly disappointed with the experience

I recently tried this out and it is amazing! I did do two day shipping came in 6 days later but it was still worth the wait! Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Place an order on November the first and still have not received it.
And there is no way to get ahold of anybody on customer service. I would like a refund and there is nothing on how to do that
